Cheuk is the founder of Studio Choi Architecture P.C. (SCA), a multidisciplinary architecture firm specializing in design and executive architectural services across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, and corporate interiors.
With over two decades of industry experience, Cheuk is a licensed architect recognized for his technical acumen and project execution expertise on a national scale. His career is distinguished by a consistent focus on delivery excellence. In 2019, he was honored as one of CenterBuild’s Leaders Under 40, a testament to his leadership and impact within the industry.
Ashley Whitebirch | NCARB, LEED GA
Ashley is an accomplished architect and project manager with a strong technical expertise and design excellence. Her portfolio reflects a remarkable breadth of work across multiple sectors—including retail, hospitality, commercial food and beverage, and residential projects —each illustrating her adaptability and diverse knowledge areas.
Throughout her career, Ashley has consistently delivered detail-oriented solutions that respond to both the functional demands and aesthetic aspirations of her clients. She is particularly adept at navigating complex technical challenges in order to convey the vision and intent of the design.
