Ho Cheuk Choi | AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Cheuk is the founder of Studio Choi Architecture P.C. (SCA), a multidisciplinary architecture firm specializing in design and executive architectural services across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, and corporate interiors.
With over two decades of industry experience, Cheuk is a licensed architect recognized for his technical acumen and project execution expertise on a national scale. His career is distinguished by a consistent focus on delivery excellence. In 2019, he was honored as one of CenterBuild’s Leaders Under 40, a testament to his leadership and impact within the industry.
Ashley Whitebirch | NCARB, LEED GA
Ashley is an accomplished architect and project manager with a strong technical expertise and design excellence. Her portfolio reflects a remarkable breadth of work across multiple sectors—including retail, hospitality, commercial food and beverage, and residential projects —each illustrating her adaptability and diverse knowledge areas.
Throughout her career, Ashley has consistently delivered detail-oriented solutions that respond to both the functional demands and aesthetic aspirations of her clients. She is particularly adept at navigating complex technical challenges in order to convey the vision and intent of the design.
Nicholas Timpone
Nicholas is a skilled project architect with a strong command of retail, workplace, and commercial data center projects from concept through construction administration. He has a technical oriented background paired with a proven ability to execute complex mid to large scale projects.
Nicholas excels in managing relationships with internal and external consultant resources and maintains a sharp focus on design intent, constructability, and schedule. He takes pride in his ability to meet project requirements with precision and efficiency.
Aanchal Batra
Aanchal is a project architect and designer driven by the intersection of concept, materiality, and the way people experience space. Her work spans across retail, residential, hospitality, and commercial, with experience translating ideas from the earliest stages of design into thoughtful, buildable environments.
With a strong technical foundation and a highly detail-oriented approach, Aanchal navigates the relationship between design vision, documentation, consultants, and construction with equal attention to both the big picture and the finer details. She brings a collaborative mindset to every project, working across disciplines to create spaces that feel intentional, refined, and grounded in how they are ultimately lived in and experienced.
